Getting In Shape & Staying Healthy

So how do I stay in shape? The truth is, I currently live on the ocean on the coast of Ecuador and the only thing I do right now for exercise to stay in shape is surf, and then I surf a little more, and then I surf some more. Yes, I love it, and it’s amazing all the physical and mental benefits you get from surfing. But if surfing is not for you or you don’t have the option of surfing, it’s ok. I really just got into surfing in the last 2 years, but I have been into health and fitness for as long as I can remember. Exercise is half of it and nutrition is the other.

Pretty soon I’m going to be posting some articles and sharing some helpful videos on here and on YouTube to give you some great ideas whether you are trying to stay healthy with diet and exercise, lose weight, gain weight, or just maintain where you are right now physically. I’ll give you a hint about the whole thing…it’s a lot more simple than you may think or have been led to believe.
